Originally a postwar bungalow, this home sits in a desirable area of Birmingham, and was transformed into a beautiful two story home. Adding the second floor doubled the size of the home allowing us to rework all spaces within the home, creating an open first floor plan. Not overbuilding was key in maintaining the character of the neighborhood.
